Baysbrown Farm Campsite Site Rules

Quiet

We are a quiet site between 11pm and 7am. Please be considerate of other campers around you.
You will be asked to leave if you don’t follow this one.

Party size

We are a family site and will not take all male or female groups of more than 4.

Groups
Organised groups of Duke of Edinburgh students, Scouts, Walking/Climbing clubs can be accepted on site but must be prearranged.
Please note though that these will not be accepted on the May and August bank holiday weekends.

Bank holiday weekends

We have a 2 night minimum stay on bank holiday weekends. We get very busy and usually fill up for the weekend by the Friday evening. We can’t guarantee space will be available by Saturday on these weekends. Please ring and check on the day before leaving home if your hoping to chance it as there isn’t anywhere nearby we can recommend if we are full.

Arrival times
Arrival times this season (2020) will only be between 2pm and 8pm. Please check in and pay for your camping before pitching your tent.

Departure times
Your pitch must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure.

Parking

You can park your car next to your tent in some of our fields except in adverse weather conditions. Other fields have parking bays next to them and cannot be accessed by car.

Dogs
We allow dogs on site but they must be kept under control as there is always stock nearby. Please clean up after your dog immediately.

Fires/Barbecues
We allow contained raised fire pits etc and barbecues until 11pm but you must bring your own.

COOKING INSIDE YOUR TENT IS PROHIBITED DUE TO THE RISK OF CARBON MONOXIDE POISONING.

Facilities
Ice packing freezing
Charging is available at £1 per item.
A plug for hairdryers/straighteners etc. in the ladies is 50p

There is no wifi or electric hook up on site.
